What we do
We are a real estate investment company. We buy residential property directly, with our own funds, for our own account. We are not real estate agents or brokers, we do not list properties, and we do not represent you in any transaction. We are not attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors.
No advice
Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice, and it does not account for your circumstances. Statements about North Carolina foreclosure, probate, or closing procedure are general summaries and may not reflect current law or your situation. Consult a licensed North Carolina attorney or a CPA before acting.
Offers
